It is a particularly rocky coast, and that must have made this a dangerous headland for ships in the old days. Below the swamp a pure, crystal-clear stream ran off to the coast, and the trees along the banks were beautifully reflected in its waters. We were standing on the headland out of the spray, or so we thought, when a second wave came in and soaked us! Beware the second wave! The moon is glittering in a trough between the waves, and the cliffs around are shown up in its brilliant light. This is a great time to fish as the moon brings a lot of feeding fish up to the surface, and a good catch can be made.
